BA was founded in 2016 in Yunnan Province — the land known as "Shangri-La," rich in fermentation culture and natural diversity — with a first store in Kunming. Driven by one belief, Bread Has Life, we focus on healthy baking, artisan craftsmanship and natural sourdough fermentation. Today BA spans 45 stores across China and reaches overseas through Bellevue, WA, our North America flagship. Next stop: the Bay Area.
